Brand trends refers to the treatment of a specific brand mark within an overall form. Typically, this is a prominent badge (such as in the consumer electronics and automotive categories), a sewn or printed patch (as in fashion), or a simple two-dimensional vector element (print and digital graphics). However, the traditional treatment of brand within a design (finish the design, then find somewhere to stick the brand mark), is being seriously rethought as more compelling ways of communicating the brand to the user are being envisioned.
